Why we built this

Most European small businesses have websites that aren't fully compliant with GDPR, the European Accessibility Act, or basic security standards. Not because the owners don't care — but because web designers typically focus on design and functionality, not legal requirements.

The tools that exist are expensive, check only one thing (cookies OR accessibility OR security), and are built for enterprises. We built TrustYourWebsite to give small businesses a simple, affordable way to find out what's wrong — and exactly how to fix it.

What we do

TrustYourWebsite is an automated website scanner that checks your site across seven areas: cookie consent, GDPR/privacy, accessibility, security, image copyright, legal pages, and third-party data sharing. One scan, 35+ checks, results in 60 seconds.

Every scan includes a free health score and issue summary. For businesses that want the full picture, detailed reports with screenshots and step-by-step fix instructions start at €9.

Who is behind it

TrustYourWebsite is built and run as a solo venture from the Netherlands. We believe that keeping your website up to standard shouldn't require a consultant or a monthly subscription — it should be as easy as entering your URL and reading a report.
